Are these tools official?
No. They are planning estimates built on the standard rules: 2.5 leave days earned per month, one PCS travel day per 350 miles, the Army 12-mile foot march standard, and so on. Your official leave balance is on your LES, and your dates and entitlements are governed by your orders and contract.
Do they work for all branches?
The underlying rules are DoD-wide. Leave accrual, PCS travel days, and Reserve retirement points apply across the services; the rank converter lines up Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, Space Force, and Marine grades; and terms like ETS, EAOS, and DEROS all plug into the countdown.
Is anything I enter uploaded?
No. Every tool here runs locally in your browser. Nothing you type, no dates, balances, or points, is sent to a server or stored anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.
